Winters Apartments is a 44-unit multi-family affordable housing community. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply.

Unit amenities include: central heating and A/C, a gas water heater, and private storage. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. Other amenities include: on-site maintenance, a playground, BBQs, a covered picnic area, laundry room, conference room, computer room, resident services room, fully equipped kitchen, and a community room.

Applicants must go through a standard, on-site application process; we encourage you to visit each community of interest. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
