CHOC Community Impact (Resident Services)
Senior Housing Services Coordinator - The Senior Housing Services Coordinator supports the housing stability, independence, and overall well-being of senior residents through individualized resident support, resource navigation, referrals, and community engagement at the Forrest Palms community. The Coordinator works collaboratively with residents, property management, community partners, and CHOC’s Community Impact team to identify resident needs, connect residents with appropriate resources, and coordinate educational, social, and wellness activities that promote healthy aging and quality of life.
