CES Integrated

Renovation Technician - We are looking for a reliable and skilled Construction Laborer to assist with construction and repair tasks across our residential properties. This role supports the maintenance team by performing light construction, renovation, and repair work to ensure units and facilities are safe, functional, and presentable for residents and staff. Plumber II Technician - CES works with our parent company CHOC to provide plumbing services to low-income home owners through our partners at PG&E. We regularly remove and install water heaters for these customers. Here at CES we also provide regular maintenance, repairs and improvements to multifamily apartment homes for low-income housing property management companies, including our parent company, CHOC. This work typically includes work required to prepare apartment homes for residency such as carpentry repairs, painting, flooring install, plumbing and drain cleaning. There may occasionally be exterior repairs and maintenance work for projects such as digging, jack hammering, concrete cutting and other labor related projects.
