CHOC Energy offers free weatherization services to eligible customers (homeowners and renters) in Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Sacramento, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Solano and Yolo counties. Free Weatherization may include the following:

Do you qualify?

Gross income for your household must not exceed the income guidelines below. Your home cannot have been treated under the program unless prior to 2021. The income qualifications in the chart below will be updated annually.

With 16 years of hands-on experience in energy savings and efficiency programs, Chris began as a CHOC Energy Weatherization Specialist, advancing to Field Manager. Chris now oversees all energy program operations.
