  1. What are your 2024 goals for CES?

As we near the growth stage for CES Integrated in 2024, I’m thrilled to share our strategic goals. Our primary focus is on enhancing our service delivery to our customers, by providing unparalleled customer service. We plan to expand our capabilities and solidify our brand presence within CHOC’s portfolio of communities and in the public market.

A few of our goals are outlined, below:

  • Elevate customer service excellence: provide the highest level of customer service to CHOC properties, tenants, and property managers for maintenance services, HVAC and plumbing installations, unit turns, and capital projects;

  • Brand development for regional expansion: establish CES Integrated as a brand known for outstanding customer service at competitive pricing in Solano, Sacramento, and Contra Costa counties;

  • Expand into SMUD’s contractor network and begin performing rebate and utility funded upgrades for CHOC communities and Sacramento utility customers

  • Self-performing solar installations: offer an integrated solution to our clients by Q3 or Q4

These strategic goals are crafted with the aim of propelling CES Integrated toward sustained growth, operational excellence, and market leadership.

2. How does CES currently serve the existing portfolio of CHOC communities?

CES serves CHOC’s communities comprehensively, offering HVAC services, including system diagnosis, repair, and replacements. We handle hot water heater repair and replacement, sewer maintenance (unclogging, snaking, camera work), and manage unit turns, renovations, and capital projects throughout CHOC communities.

Our commitment is to elevate living experiences through efficient and diverse property services.

3. Looking beyond the CHOC portfolio, could you offer more details on how CES will serve single-family homes and multifamily homes, as well?

CES is poised to extend our full suite of services, including HVAC, plumbing, and construction management, to both single-family and multifamily homes. We are excited to announce our expansion into the open marketplace, where homeowners and property managers will have the opportunity to benefit from our expertise in system diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and comprehensive property solutions.

Moreover, CES is gearing up to venture into solar services, contributing to the sustainability efforts of single-family and multifamily residences. This expansion aligns with our commitment to offering a holistic approach to property care and underscores our dedication to providing high-quality services to a broader range of residential clients.

We look forward to bringing the same level of excellence and customer-centric focus to single-family and multifamily homes, ensuring that our services meet the diverse needs of homeowners and property managers alike.

4. What does sustainable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective construction look like on the ground? How does CES ensure this happens?

Sustainable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective construction is a harmonious blend of environmentally conscious design, efficient resource use, and technologies that contribute to both ecological stewardship and financial prudence.

CES has an ingrained passion for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, thanks to its CHOC roots, so these principles are hard-wired into everything we do.

5. How does CHOC’s mission resonate with CES?

Just as CHOC is passionate about building high-quality, affordable, and eco-conscious housing, CES shares a similar dedication to enhancing the well-being of households in the neighborhoods we service.

Our goal at CES aligns seamlessly with CHOC's mission. By providing quality HVAC services, plumbing solutions, and construction management, we aim to contribute to the overall quality of life for residents in the communities CHOC builds, manages and equips with valuable resident services. Through CES’ services, we aspire to create environments that are comfortable, efficient, and sustainable, complementing CHOC's vision for environmentally conscious housing.

As CES extends its reach to single-family and multifamily homes, as well as ventures into solar services, our goal is to enrich communities with comprehensive solutions that promote both sustainability and affordability.

Together with CHOC, we strive to be catalysts for positive change, creating lasting positive impacts on working families and communities alike. By combining our commitment to exceptional service with CHOC's passion for building vibrant and sustainable housing, we can collectively contribute to the growth and prosperity of the communities we serve.
